I'm Deanne, a Health and Wellness Coach specialising in helping people transform their relationship with food, eating and body image.


As a certified Mindful Nutrition Coach, NLP Coach, and Master Practitioner in NLP, Time Line Therapy®, and Hypnotherapy, I guide my clients in overcoming emotional eating, unhealthy habits, and low self-esteem. My holistic approach empowers you to make lasting changes in your mindset and lifestyle, enabling you to live a healthier and happier life.
