Hi! I'm Deanne, a busy mum of two boys and a health coach with a passion for helping women, like myself, focus on their health and wellbeing so that they can be the very best that they can be for themselves and others around them.
I spent 25 years as a primary school teacher before realising that the excessive workload and pressure had taken a toll on my health. Burnout, stress, anxiety, sleep deprivation, and migraines were taking over my life. That's when I decided to make a change.
Ever since my teenage years, I have had a passion for health, nutrition, and fitness. I decided to turn that passion into a career by becoming a health and wellness coach. My goal is to help other women achieve optimal health and wellbeing by focusing on mindset first and foremost.
As an NLP coach and Master practitioner of NLP, Time Line Therapy, and Hypnotherapy™, I help women overcome the mindset blocks that are holding them back from achieving their health goals. I believe that true health encompasses not only physical wellness but also mental and emotional wellbeing.

When does the program begin?
We start the program on Monday 9th October. This is when you will receive Module One of the training and you can begin straight away!
What day and time are the live weekly coaching sessions?
In our private Facebook group you will receive a notification, asking you to indicate which days and times work best for you. Once I've recieved everyone's preferences, I will schedule coaching sessions for the day and time that is the most popular and try to cater to everyone's needs.
Will there be a replay of the coaching sessions?
Yes, absolutely! All coaching sessions will be recorded, so if you can't make it to the live session you can catch up in your own time.
If I have a question, can I ask it in the Facebook group?
Of course! The Facebook group is there to provide support. I will be in there to gove you prompts, tips, advice and to answer your questions. It's also a great way to be accountable and to keep you on track.
How much time will I need to dedicate to the program each week?
This really is dependent on how much time you have to give. However, each module should take between 3 - 5 hours to complete. As with anything the more time you devote to something, the more you will get out of it.
