Meet Deanne

Deanne is a certified Mindful Nutrition Coach and Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Time Line Therapy™, and Hypnotherapy, She helps women overcome the mindset blocks that are holding them back from achieving their health goals surrounding food and eating. Her unique approach focuses not only on physical health but also on mental and emotional wellbeing.

As a former primary school teacher, with 25 years of experience in the education industry, including coaching, she has experienced first-hand the toll that excessive workload and pressure can take. After suffering from a range of stress-related health problems, she knew that she had to make a change.

Having always been passionate about health, nutrition, and fitness since her teenage years, Deanne decided to follow her passion and become a health and wellness coach. Her goal is to help other women improve their health and wellbeing by using her expertise to create personalised plans that work for them.

Through her coaching, Deanne is dedicated to helping women reprogram their unconscious minds, enabling them to adopt healthy eating habits, achieve their health goals, and thrive!
